It is in beta at the moment to test the waters of the program. It seems like a very promising idea. Be advised that the 2% only applies to purchases made through Paypal and the 2% back will only work towards future eBay purchases. It ensures that buyers use Paypal, which would then allow them to charge Paypal fees on the seller. So this way, your money spent remains in their system and even helps them make a profit.
