Student Loans Situation Is Fixed

Two weeks ago, I post about a problem with my subsidized Stafford Loan. When I went to fix my loan amount, the lady said that there was a problem with my request because I wanted to borrow the amount of my outstanding semester’s balance and $2000 for next semester.
It turns out that they have to split my loan amount everytime I want to borrow so I had to clear that up with them. Why don’t they contact me when this stuff happens?
Anyway, I borrowed the $2000 plus what I owe so that means I’ll have an overpay refund this semester, which is supposed to go towards next semester’s tuition. I guess I’ll just put it into my HSBC Direct account and forget about it until I have to use it.
