GlobalTestMarket: Paid Survey Review

I’ve joined GlobalTestMarket about a year ago while I was searching the net for some legitimate paid survey companies and they came up as a very popular one. I finally received my first check from them since I knew I’d need some cash before school.
I hit the 1000-point payout mark after around 9 months but I didn’t redeem the money just yet because the payout seemed to take a while to reach. The check for $82.50 came within the time frame they said it would. I completed a little over 70 surveys while there was an abundance of surveys everyday.
- Frequency of surveys: Daily
- Qualifying frequency rating: Medium
- Reward type: Points converted to cash
- Minimum payout: 1000 points = $50
- Payment method: check
OVERALL RATING: GOOD

Congrats on the check. The only problem I find with GTM is that the surveys seem to be low paying in terms of points, and like you said , it took over 70 surveys to get to 82 dollars. Whereas most pay $3 to $5 , with 70 surveys you should have gotten a lot more!

I love Global Test Market, I have been using them for about 3 years now, and I cash in my points once a year, and I usually have 2-3 thousand, or a couple hundred dollars. I also like them, because usually you can get 5 points if you are disqualified, which can happen a lot.

@ free paid survey: Yes it took 70 surveys to get 82 bucks but it is very hard to find/qualify for those that pay more. If you know any legit companies with higher compensation (other than Pinecone Research or Your2Cents) and high frequency, I’d check them out.
@ Daniel: Nice to know you are a loyal member of GTM. I’ve heard many other like you and I know I’d stick with them for the long-term.
